"Best practice for the real GMAT"
I used the official mba.com prep pack for around 6 weeks before my GMAT. it felt way closer to the real exam than the random practice stuff I found online. More accurate. Less guessing. Better feel.
The explanations were not always super detailed. A bit brief sometimes. But clear enough for me to understand what I was missing. Helped me spot the patterns. That was useful.
The mock exams were the best part for me. Really helped with timing and confidence. The site can be a little clunky here and there, but not a dealbreaker. For official material, I think it’s worth it

"Check-in honestly stressed me out"
I took the mba.com exam around early last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t remember exactly, but the check-in process was way more stressful than I expected. The camera check kept failing for no clear reason, and the proctor responses felt really slow. I did eventually get in, but by then I was already nervous and distracted before the test even started. it just wasn’t a very smooth experience.

"Rescheduling Was More Expensive Than Expected"
Changing my test date cost way more than I thought it would (which was frustrating). I get that there might be a fee, but this felt a bit too high just for rescheduling

"Stressful score reporting process"
I used MBA.com to send my GMAT score, it was way more stressful than it needed to be. The tracking wasn’t clear at all, so I had no idea whether the schools actually received my scores or not. When I reached out to support, they just gave me generic copy-and-paste replies and basically told me to wait. For something this important and expensive, the whole score reporting process feels slow and outdated. Overall, not a great experience.

"Payment Issues Made This Way More Stressful Than It Needed to Be"
My payment failed twice, so I figured it just wasn’t going through, but then I ended up getting charged anyway. It was really annoying and caused a bunch of unexpected stress I didn’t need. I just wanted to make a simple payment, not spend time worrying about whether I was charged or not

"Accommodation request process felt harder than it should"
In my experience, using mba to request testing accommodations was more stressful than I expected. The site does provide some information, but I still felt like I was kind of guessing what documents they actually wanted from me. The wait time was frustrating too, and the updates weren’t very clear along the way. I did eventually get a response, but it felt like it took too much chasing around to get there. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but for something as important as testing accommodations, I personally think the process should be a lot smoother.

"Useful, but kind of frustrating to navigate"
I used mba and yeah, the information I needed was there, but some of the messages were confusing. The dates and steps weren’t explained clearly enough, so I had to keep rereading the same pages, which got annoying fast. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I don’t have a lot of patience for unclear instructions.

Sending my scores was easy overall. I found the school, paid, and got the confirmation without too much hassle. I’m a little fuzzy on whether the confirmation came right away or a bit later, but either way it showed up and everything worked fine. Nothing fancy, just got the job done.

"Had to switch browsers just to sign up"
Has anyone else had issues using mba.com on their regular browser? I was trying to do some basic signup stuff, but a few buttons wouldn’t load properly and the page kept freezing on me. I ended up switching browsers just to get through it, which felt kind of ridiculous. The site isn’t completely unusable, but for something this important, you’d think it would run more smoothly. Definitely wasted more time than I expected

"Proctor kept interrupting me"
I had a frustrating experience during my exam because the proctor kept interrupting me while I was trying to focus. I get that they have rules to follow, but it felt excessive and really threw me off. Companies always make this stuff sound smooth and “secure” in their polished explanations, but in practice it just felt stressful and distracting.

I booked my test through it and later checked my scores without any issues. Everything worked smoothly, no crashes, no weird errors, nothing frustrating. my only regret is not using it sooner because it would’ve saved me some unnecessary stress.

I booked my GMAT appointment through mba and it did work in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. But finding available times and moving between screens felt slower than it should. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just a little clunky. For something this important, the whole process being that sluggish is kind of ridiculous.

"Pretty easy to book!!"
Found a test center close to me, which was nice!! The available dates were decent too... not amazing, but totally workable. There weren’t a ton of weekend slots though, so I had to book a little earlier than I wanted!!! Overall, it worked fine and I didn’t really have any issues

The explanations are clear overall, and I didn’t have trouble understanding the main ideas. I just regret not getting a bit more detail in a few sections because some of them felt too short and left me wanting more.

Some of the practice tools were genuinely useful, but the pricing felt a little steep for what’s included. I tried using the site the pages were confusing and really slow to load. It felt like I was wasting time just trying to figure out where to go next. For something customers are expected to rely on, it doesn’t feel right to make the experience this frustrating
